I've been a resident here for over a year, and I can genuinely say that I absolutely love it! The front staff has consistently been accommodating and helpful with any requests I've had. The amenities are top-notch, and I appreciate that Weidner is committed to investing in improvements, such as upgrading the majority of the outdoor furniture.
The neighbors are respectful and maintain a quiet environment. The location is unbeatable, adding another layer of convenience and accesibility for all downtown restaurants and shops. Additionally, the maintenance staff deserves a special mention for their incredible speed in addressing service tickets. A shout-out to Matthew for promptly responding to same-day service requests.
Overall, my time here has been nothing short of fantastic, and it's evident why this place boasts some of the best review ratings among all downtown apartment complexes.
Disappointed with overall experience. My move in was delayed due to the apartment not being cleaned, when I walked in it was still not clean. They did offer a portion of rent to be decreased for the following month but nonetheless very inconvenient. On top of that, I was ensured that there would be electric car charging for 110V outlets and due to the fact I have an electric car this was very important. Outlets have not been turned on or fixed for the past 3 months. If you have an electric car DO NOT MOVE HERE. I love the location and amenities but will not be resigning a lease here due to the lack of attentiveness by management to help remedy the charging situation.
Haven't lived here in over a year, but felt compelled to review after what I've experienced in other states since moving away. Easily the best place I've ever lived, and worth the high cost. If you're an ASU student at Roosevelt Point, it's worth it to pay more to live here instead.
The Community Director Veronica doesn't seem like she does what is in the best interest of this community... It feels like she does it to save money for the property and her pocket book... Basic things have been suffering like trash, the overall areas around the property... She doesn't listen to residents and isn't about residents staying at this property... I haven't felt this way about a place or a particular person like this... The personnel have been great but little by little not here anymore and it raises questions why... I feel that Weidner could do better with it's Community Director or have someone care for the residents and community of this place... Weidner wants this to be your home then make it feel like a home. Thank you so much
My shower doesn’t close all the way, the elevator malfunctions consistently, no heads up for utility amount it’s the 20th and I was told I would get an email, no lights in rooms even though there’s a fan which is inconvenient.
Always try to do your due diligence before making a big purchase or signing your name on the dotted line. Reading current reviews is part of this process. (Of course, every person will have their own personal experience).
Here is my review after living here for 5months (which is a perfect amount of time to get to know anything new).
First, the GOOD: amenities do not disappoint, apartment has all the modern features, grounds are clean, love being downtown, apartment location is mostly quiet to street traffic, activities are entertaining and fun, staff, residents, and pets are friendly.
Now the BAD: walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talk, hear their TV, the sound of pots and pans rattling, and the upstairs toilet flushing.
Lastly the UGLY: because the walls are thin if you have a neighbor that does not respect apartment living this place can quickly become unbearable. After being here for 2 months, a chain smoker moved into the apartment below. Cigarette smoke and the smell of incense billows up into my apartment all night long. If you have ever had this experience then you know how difficult it is to do a simple thing like breathing in this situation. Keeping the windows open, fans and air purifiers running helps but the power of these aromas seep into your skin..your lungs..your bedding. This is supposed to be a non-smoking residence but complaining to the office is futile. How do you provide proof of smoke by taking a picture or providing a recording?
Giving 2 stars due to my experience trying to transfer to a different apartment to escape the Cigarette smoker (which of course was at my cost). Unfortunately the day of the move, the apartment had not been cleaned and maintenance checks were not performed. Patio door had a huge gap all around after they removed a chunk of wood to keep the door from sticking, running my hand across the floor left my fingers black, crumbs left in the kitchen cabinets, and I discovered the water heater was broken and leaking. It was too late in the day to reschedule the movers which meant I lost the deposit. "Fool me once, shame on you". Needless to say, signing a year lease for a transfer would be a "Fool me twice, shame on me"
I lived in many different places, including apartments. I can honestly give this place five stars.
I love the amenities and how they keep everything working and nice. The only …
This place has been great so far. The leasing staff is friendly and available. Special shout out to the maintenance team who are very friendly, communicative, and responsive, and so far the people who live here are nice. I looked at a ton …
